Meet Janina - M.Sc. Management & Engineering part-time (On-Demand)

Janina is Junior System Engineer and Junior Technical Project Manager at ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik GmbH in Germany – and since October 2022, she has been studying the M.Sc. Management & Engineering in Technology, Innovation, Marketing & Entrepreneurship (MME TIME) at RWTH Business School alongside her full-time role. In this session, she opens up about what drove her decision to study part-time and how she makes it work day to day.
