MBA Student Experience: Capstone Project

The Capstone Project as part of our Full-Time MBA Digitalization & Industrial Change prepares future leaders to manage complex projects in a VUCA environment. The module is dedicated to real tasks from real companies and forms the heart of the study program.

In this webinar, our MBA student Kunal shares the practical experience he gained in the Capstone Module together with the business partner Infineon Technologies AG, a global semiconductor leader in power systems and IoT.

Kunal will provide a deep dive into Infineon's task, sharing valuable insights on how his team effectively managed the project. He will highlight key strategies in team organization, communication, and goal alignment that contributed to their success.
